British Horse Feeds Fibre-Beet Conditioning Feed has been created to be fed in a way that helps to maintain the natural balance of bacteria in the horse's hindgut, as well as reducing the starch and sugar in the diet to help support a healthy digestive tract and maintain overall good health to reduce the risk of laminitis and tying up.
Fibre-Beet is a highly digestible conditioning fibre designed to be fed wet, which is the most natural way of feeding. It also makes it a nice soft feed for recovering or veteran horses and ponies. This feed is a good source of digestible fibre, making this ideal supplement for poor forage and grazing, as well as providing a source of slow-release energy and the added biotin helps to maintain hoof condition.

Feeding Recommendations:
Fibre-Beet is a superb conditioning fibre feed. It is ideal if you are short of good quality forage and can be fed at up to 1kg/100kg body weight of horse. This means that for a 500kg horse you can feed up to 5kg of Fibre-Beet (dry weight) each day. As a short-term solution if you have no forage, you can actually substitute all your forage with Fibre-Beet.
Add 1 part dry Fibre-Beet to 3 parts water by weight.
Do not feed dry!
